Lyric Properties is an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage. We proudly serve the needs of buyers and sellers across northeast Massachusetts, focusing on the Merrimack Valley area.

Whenever you buy, sell, or rent, there is always lots of paperwork involved and lots of questions that come up. That's where Fred comes in. Using his legal experience, he works closely with our clients to explain what's going on, considerations they should be thinking about, and how they should contemplate moving forward with confidence.

Relying on her communications skills from when she used to work as a newspaper reporter, Meredith excels at giving our clients the advice, time, and attention they need to feel like they're making an informed and well-grounded decision they'll be happy with for years to come.

Here's what you won't find at Lyric Properties: we don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics, we don't try to sell you on things you don't need, and we don't try to force you into a decision you're not completely comfortable with. If you're looking to buy property, we encourage you to sign us up to be your exclusive buyer's agents. We'll work on your behalf to identify properties that match your preferences, and we'll set up private showings so you can take a look inside without any pressure. Then, we'll work with you to submit a competitive offer, and once that offer is accepted, we'll help guide you through inspections, signing a purchase and sale agreement, getting a mortgage if you need one, and closing on the property.

If selling property is your goal, we encourage you to sign us up to be your exclusive listing agents. We'll help you decide how best to market your property, and how much you can expect to sell it for. Then, we'll list your property for sale in the Multiple Listing Service and make sure that it's exposed to as many agents and prospective buyers as possible. We'll also work to make sure that its best features are emphasized and communicated prominently. We'll do all the work of hosting showings and open houses, and we'll accompany them to help sell your house (instead of just putting up a lock box and waiting for an offer to arrive). Then we'll help you receive offers and do everything else you need to complete the process of selling and moving to a new place.
